Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION: Cancellation procedure shall be located and determined in the company service agreement signed and dated by the customer and a representative of ECORA. REFUNDS: As a general rule, our refund policy is a NO REFUND policy. Customer services is ECORA’s highest goal and therefore may offer an occasional refund. ECORA does not offer refunds except by courtesy and in a limited capacity, or due to overpayment, at the discretion of management. Under no circumstances shall ECORA be responsible for any amount that exceeds an amount paid for  the most recent service. ECORA , its management and employees, reserve the right to grant refunds and deny refund requests at any time, for any reason.
